8x8 Project Manager interview questions

I genuinely appreciated the overall process—it was well-structured, efficient, and easy to follow. What stood out the most was the level of transparency throughout. Every step was communicated clearly, leaving no confusion or guesswork. It made me feel informed, valued, and confident in the process, which is something I truly respect and admire.

Fairly straightforward, nothing too hard. The role was undefined and was more of a concept that they were looking for. The interviewers were nice but couldn't share much about the job.
