There were two interviewers. They were very detailed about the job description. Two downfalls about the process number one was one interviewer was trying to inform me about a position which was not written on my application nor did I apply for. The second mishap was the salary that this same interviewer presented to me does not match up with what the company has posted. I think this may be a red flag given consideration to the online reviews that I have read.

What are my experiences working with a developmental delayed adults? Have I ever experienced any misbehavior from my previous clients and how did I handle them? How do I feel about babysitting other staff members?

Interview
I applied online, was emailed a request for my resume and was scheduled for an interview with one week. The in-person interview was with 3-people in management and lasted less than 30-minutes. I did a typing test and spelling test and was offered a job on the spot.
