Phone interview with behavior questions about how you handle situations such as working in a fast paced environment, living and working in tight spaces, handling seasickness. It was a lot of yes/no answer type questions. Then there was a virtual interview with more detailed response type questions. They also played deadliest catch clips to give an idea of what sea conditions might look like.

1st interview was scheduled the day after I applied - was a Q&A format. 2nd interview was a week later just explaining the job and salary and if I still wanted it.

Interview
The interview process began with a phone screen and upon acceptance I was offered a ~1 hour Zoom Call with another person in the company. He informed me more about the job before asking a series of questions and following the phone call I was offered a job.
