Interview
APV engages in a friendly and informative interview process. The team was well prepared for the interview and subsequent action items. The hiring process moved very quickly and the new hire orientation, onboarding, and and training is most helpful.
Brief phone screen with HR.
Then phone screen with hiring manager.
Main and longest interview was a Commitee interview : HR, Hiring Manager and Hiring Manager supervisor.
Decision was made within 24 hours of committee interview.
