A Plus Creative interview questions

Very rushed interview process. From my application to the second interview took less than a week. Started with a screening interview with HR, followed by interview with the Managing Director. They asked very few questions and mostly talked at me about the role. Opened the second the interview telling me I was in their top pool of candidates but rejected me the day after the interview, so I'm assuming there was a major miscommunication somewhere internally or I was not a good culture fit. Strong "we're a family and if you treat this as a job you're the problem" vibes in second interview.
