I’m sorry you had a disappointing interview experience with us back in March of 2014. Additionally, I apologize for the delay in responding to your review from March 24, 2014. We recently became aware of Glassdoor and just saw your post. We have made improvements in our process since then and are deeply committed to all candidates having a favorable experience. We recognize emergencies will arise due to the nature of our business, and the owner and managers will be called away at any given time.
