The interview consisted of a simple sit down at a nearby lunch spot. We talked while we ate. The dress was casual, dressed down from business casual. I think I wore somewhat more dressy business casual, but not a suit or tie. I knew the person interviewing me beforehand, so it was a little less formal than it might have been otherwise.
