      Lead Video Editor Interview

      26 Apr 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at A&A Video (Houston, TX) in Jul 2018

      Interview

I applied by email. They schedule an interview for the next day. I was fresh out of college and was looking to work either as a videographer or a video editor. They said they needed a video editor with experience in Premiere Pro, which is what I learned in school. I started my first week by editing footage of a wedding. This first week was somewhat of a trial period. At the end they liked my final edit and gave me the job part time. A couple of months later become full time contractor. About a year and half later I asked to become a full time employee. Pretty good experience overall.
