I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at A1 Garage Door Service
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and maybe within a week received an invitation to a recruiter. Joined the teams call and she immediately started asking questions "tell me about your relevant work experience" then continued to checklist questions in almost a spitfire style. She came off very uninterested and almost rude. Didn't introduce herself or go through a description of the company, role, expectations, start dates (etc), just asked her questions and then asked if I had any questions about the job posting. It was less than 10 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at A1 Garage Door Service (Michigan City, IN) in Jun 2025
Interview
Microsoft teams interview with Adrienne. Went over position and checked my history to see if it was a good fit. Described training process, and day to day of the position
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at A1 Garage Door Service (Denver, CO) in May 2025
Interview
Interview was pretty straight forward. I was promised I would be notified of their decision either way and that was not the case. This seems to be the new standard in corporate.
