At the first interview, I spoke with two managers from different controlling departments and with someone from HR. The position was explained very clearly and in detail and divided into several parts. The tone of the conversation was very pleasant, and the information provided was concrete. The second round of interviews was only with the department manager, and the discussion focused more on the specific benefits that A1 offers as an employer, an even more detailed description of the role and the team, and a more detailed discussion about the start date.
