I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AAA Canada (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2017
Interview
Phoned their Toronto office to inquire about any openings. It turned out to be the office of their recruiting firm, Drakar, but I was asked to come in first thing the next morning for an interview with the recruiter.
Following the first meeting I was told AAA had expressed interest and I should come back soon to write their knowledge exam.
30 minutes out of the exam I was called and asked to return the next day for my first interview with AAA management.
Following that first AAA interview I was told to expect a call very soon, as early as the next day. Well they couldn't even wait that long - I was called just after 7pm that evening to return to the office for my final interview the next day.
Before the final interview even started they'd already scheduled me for a contract signing. Final interview was just to meet another manager and agree on compensation.
