Interview
I was shown a wiring diagram for a B757 and asked what specific components were, and what their function was. Not bad overall. Then I was sent upstairs where I took an exam on the computer that contained general questions about aircraft knowledge an A&P or Avionics Technician should have. I think a 50 is a passing score, I got close to a 70, but I heard of guys getting hired with much less.

Interview
Pretty good. Pointed and relevant questions were asked. Someone who knows maintenance was there for the interview. The interview was a telephone interview. I interviewed on December 9, 2010 and was working by 10 January 2011. Two week indoc to learn forms and records.
