I applied through LinkedIn. After an initial LinkedIn chat I had a call with the Engineering Director and received a technical task with a flexible timeline, really loved the technical task as it was not some copy-paste question-answer or write algorithm thing, this task shows how much you know about real web development. After successful submission of the Techincal task I had the semi-technical face-to-face interview with the Engineering Director, the main purpose was to find out if I am comfortable to work with the latest tech and motivated enough to adapt and learn the required skills and also am I good cultural match for the company. After this face-to-face, I had the last telephonic interview with the CEO of the company, who was very friendly and energetic and after the final interview, I was offered the job. The whole process took around 2 weeks.
