It all started well, with a video recording to be sent plus a live interview with the HR Director. I was also invited to do the next step, which is a case study, attention test and to record yourself about how would you solve a problem. After sending this, I have been ghosted for nearly two months now, and none of my emails requesting feedback have been replied even. I am deeply concerned for the health of the HR Director atm, or alternatively for things working like this in this company.

Very easy going thanks to the HR friendly approach and atmosphere. All questions were asked regarding my previous experience and excel knowledges. The process contains out of 3 rounds - HR interview, Excel test and Interview with the Head of Amazon of Aavalabs.
