Interview
After submitting my initial application, there was a recruiter screening, a competency-based interview, a technical interview and the final interview. I also completed some interactive assessments and was given a detailed itinerary for the assessment centre. I enjoyed the experience overall and found the employers to be friendly and engaging. We were also given a tour of the factory and production processes.
