Phone interview with outsourced company that gives you descriptions of the job and helps you through the process of letting you know if you’ll fit the job or not.

Interview was very brief. Asked normal questions that you would expect to be asked. The two managers didn't seem like they were looking for ideal candidate, just wanted to hire anybody who walked through the door. The managers are very kind but I wouldn't recommend it.
