Took two days. The day after I applied I received a call from HR. HR described the company and asked a few questions about where do I see myself in the future and asked for an in person interview the next day. Interview with Department Manager and Call Center Supervisor.

The interview was short, personal, friendly and informative. The call center manager and Human resource specialist gave me the requirements for the job and asked if the hours would fit my schedule.
