ACT Power Services interview questions

First interview was with the Controller, then a technical interview, then an in person interview at ACT Solar with about 4-5 of the employees - ranging from the CEO, Legal Counsel, to head of Finance. The word "family" was used numerous times to describe the work culture at ACT which immediately set off red flags. They don't have a formal HR department, which showed throughout the interview process.
