TL;dr This company is a den of liars and ghosters, don't waste your time applying. I interviewed for a job as a technical accounting manager in late 2022. Ultimately, I was not selected for the position; however, the company recruiter did ask if I would be open to other opportunities in the future. In May 2023 the same recruiter contacted me about a "new" position in the company. She explained that after only five months, the candidate they hired for the job I applied to originally was changing rolls, and that a "new" position was created she thought I would be a good candidate for. After a brief call I was sent the job description, which the recruiter informed me was different from the prior position. I ended the call with a request to speak with the hiring manager again about the job. After the call I made a quick comparison against the original job posting and confirmed it was the exact same job. Two weeks after the initial call I followed up with the recruiter asking for a status update. I was ignored and never heard from the company again. I cannot say what made these people reach out to me after initially determining that I was not qualified to hold this job, especially given that they could not keep a candidate in that position for more than half a year. I also do not know what prompted them to lie about the position and claim it was a different job (it wasn't), why they were unable to explain how the came to re-consider me for this role and then change their minds given they had no reason to think my experience or qualification had changed, and why they felt the need to ghost me rather than acting like professionals representing their brand. What I can say is the interview process has revealed this group to be dishonest, incompetent, and outright indifferent to the time and considerations of job seekers, and most likely even more so to their own employees.
