reached out for an interview through a recruiter, and during our initial chat, I mentioned that I lacked experience in a specific technology. The recruiter assured me that this wouldn't be an issue. However, after successfully completing three rounds of interviews, I received feedback from the interviewer stating that my lack of experience in that technology was a concern. This discrepancy raises questions about the transparency and fairness of the hiring process. Candidates invest a significant amount of time and effort into preparing for interviews, and it's frustrating when assurances provided by recruiters are not upheld. i also noticed on interviewer ased stupid question to fail the interview process duo to insecurity for his position.
Waste of time to attend interview for this company.
