Interview
It was friendly and they showed a lot of interests by asking questions and explaining their expectations ( worked hours, work-life balance, the professional culture ...etc). I met with the BIM director and the BIM manager and both were open minded and one would feel comfortable having a conversation with them.

Interview
The informal one-on-one meeting was very friendly and informative. You are asked about your ability to use Revit and the kind of projects you have worked on. You are then given an overview of what you will be working on and the time frame and payment.
