Interview
2 rounds of interviews, no frills. These were done online over the COVID lockdown period.
Met with the hiring manager and subsequently HR Manager for an hour each. Notes were exchanged internally beforehand so there were no repeat questions - shows good internal communication and sync to trim the fat.
