Informal and many Arabic speaking in panel who have no clue of the trade.The people had poor knowledge of the requirements and asked very basic questions.It is easy for any less experienced man to clear the interview.Even people with fake profile can pass the process.

Basic questions about industry treminology. The interviewer were themselves misfit for the company and did not know what to ask.The manager or head of the panel has probably never worked elsewhere and lacked the technical knowledge.
