By far the worst and most unprofessional job I've ever heard of people interviewing to. The position I applied to was for an entry level technician only requiring an associates degree OR 10 years experience. I had just graduated highschool with this degree. They did a technical test and showed me a bunch of complex diagrams that I have never seen but maybe somebody with 10 years experience has. Of course not knowing this information along with anybody else in my position we were unable to qualify for the technical spot. That's fine oh well, I wish they would've been more specific with the requirements, but nothing I can do about that. One of the interviewers left early, and then the other one decided he wanted to start demeaning what I knew and had learned, telling me he knows of that program I was in and that he was surprised I had not seen that stuff cause I was definitely taught it. Anyways, maintenance guys sounded terrible mentally and it is not somewhere I would want to work.
