Interview
Everything was great up until the third interview. I felt like the CEO wasn't exactly paying attention to during my design challenge presentation and looked as if he had better things to do. Was not able to move forward, which no hard feelings, but for the 4 hours it took for me to complete the design challenge I would've preferred a personalized email from the person I was in contact with instead of an automated message from the 'Talent Acquisition Team'.

Questions about my background and basic UX design processes
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AEDIT (New York, NY)
Interview
The process started with a phone screen that was mostly reviewing my resume and ended with some super simple technical questions. There was a short coffee chat where I got to meet someone on staff. Next was an extended (about 1.5 hours) technical interview that started with a few basic javascript fundamentals as a warm up, followed by an extended coding session with some basic, everyday tasks. Finally, there was a short (about 30 minute) cultural interview.
