Interview
Interviews with AEI are always dense. They make the most of their time and ask many questions. They are always interested in seeing that you align with their values so expect questions about your beliefs and how you align with their misison.
First round is an HR call. I scheduled mine fairly late, so there was a technical question woven in. The second call is with the program managers and is more specific to the role.

Interview
I went in expecting mostly behavioral questions, and they ended up asking some math and technical questions, which threw me off guard. They also asked questions regarding professional strengths and weaknesses, and asked me to give examples of how it would play out in different scenarios.
