Interview
Had a meeting with the general manager. He had several questions on why I wanted to work on a landfill. Being a contractor I just wanted a better position and the AES benefits. As the interview progressed I became more interested and the applied science of generating energy through CH4. There was also the possibility of being in other projects such as solar energy
