Listing sounded exciting. The process was long and disappointing with no value. Surprisingly, we started by waiting in a meeting room, where one by one individual would arrive. They made us wait for over an hour with no explanation. -1 full morning group assessment and 3 days of Group assessment. - Groups debates, and a presentation on the spot on a current news topic. We had to prepare presentations and write an article for the next day. The staff did not appear fulfilled nor happy to be there.
