Interview
The interview itself was a standard consulting interview with a case study and interview. What was noticable not only to me but other candidates (we discussed it while waiting) was that the five people interviewing us where all men. That itself is not a problem or all that out of the ordinary in itself but when I asked about the gender parity they so strongly proclaim on their website they said they had 1 female intern but where also open to hiring male secretaries, which was a strange answer. The external HR person also told me to show more modesty (or in German "Demut") which is a bit jarring to hear as a young female candidate sitting across five men.

Question 1
We had to prepare a two minute presenation about what makes us unique then give feedback to the other candidates on their presentation. There was a case study in pairs with some classic excel calculations to be done in 30 minutes and then an interview for each candidate (which you had to wait for for two hours).

Interview
6 rounds i including technical, panel and team meetings. Excel and word and aptitude test also conducted. Easy questions basic behavioural questions. All conducted within a month and a half.
Receive a call for a short interview, mostly a fit interview with quick questions regarding the CV. Post interview, writing and excel test with n energy related topic. Then a few consultants and senior consultant interview rounds, and a final business case interview

-Personal where it ask tell me about yourself, why you want to work with us, what is your strength
-Knowledge is about the knowledge that required to be an analyst
-Final check is about your overall performance how can you integrate to the new team
