The interview process was fantastic and the overall hiring experience was organized, well structured and timely. Due to COVID, my entire interview process was virtual. I had an initial interview with a member of the recruitment team. She was energetic, friendly, warm and we had a great conversation. When she confirmed I was ready for the next round, she scheduled a call before I interviewed with the Director of my potential team to provide interview guidance, advice and outline what the interview would be like. I then had two wonderful interviews with the Director of my potential team and a Director I would be potentially be working closely with. Both had great questions and encouraged me to share my experience, enthusiasm and potential. I felt supported along the way and the interviews were challenging, but fun. Overall, my interview process took around 2 weeks to complete. The team is very organized and the hiring process was incredibly smooth.
