One phone interview & one face-to-face interview. My hiring manager was a previous colleague outside of this position. The business development representative was present at the one-on-one as well. We all spoke about mutual acquaintances that we had from high school and/or college. The interview was a joke, and mere formality for the faux "HR Department." I was told that the job was mine before I even applied.
The position was for a field team CSR to teach physicians about pharmacy software and compliance guidelines in their respective state. You were also expected to coach the physicians on their formulary and inventory, with out a medical or pharmaceutical background or training.
