Smooth and professional. Firstly, HR call, then 2 calls with managers. They seemed friendly. Not very technical, more focused on soft skills. Everything was neatly organized , 1 week between steps
I had a similar interview experience to many others on this platform. I was contacted by a recruiter and went through three rounds: HR, coding, and an ML/NLP technical interview. The overall process took nearly three months, during which communication from HR could have been more consistent.
In one of the interviews, the interviewer didn’t show up. There was no prior notice or follow-up, which made it unclear whether the interview was delayed or canceled.
After I completed all the interview rounds, I followed up with the recruiter and was told that I had passed with strong feedback and that my security clearance process had begun. Unfortunately, communication stopped after that point.
Two months later, when I reached out again, I was informed that my application had been rejected, without a clear explanation.
Overall, while the interviewers themselves were professional, more consistent communication and follow-through, so candidates are not left feeling ghosted or uncertain about where they stand, would greatly improve the hiring process and make it more respectful of candidates’ time and effort.
