I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AIM Zenith (New Delhi) in Mar 2014
Interview
It was good. Last for some 40 minutes. Had the director meetup directly. It was a pretty chill process, had a interview as went their after my grads so wasn't any frills attached. I think it was more about knowing me subjectively, than knowing me objectively and what i have achieved. it was more about judging my future potential.
