Contacted by the Executive Coordinator via LinkedIn. Initial phone screen was a very friendly conversation about my background, the company, and what AIS is looking for in a great candidate. It was a very comfortable and extremely informative conversation. They did a great job communicating next steps, and followed-up as discussed. My only disappointment was that I wasn't able to have a second discussion after a behavioral traits assessment. I was provided with feedback which was truly appreciated, but I think with my background and excitement about the position, I feel very confident that I could have made an impression that would have made a difference. With all that said, AIS is definitely a great organization from all I have learned, and I'd definitely look for other opportunities as they continue to grow.
