The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ALDO Group (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2010
Interview
Received phone call from store manager, met with her, then met with the DM. Both provided me with a great experience. I was asked questions from past jobs, experiences, situations, fashion trends and my short term goals and long term goals. They provided me with their experience and how long they have been with the company. The DM was very interested in my previous experiences and what I did to develop a team and or people. She asked me what my strengths and weaknesses are.

Very standard, nothing too official or crazy. Did one round of interviews but I also Started as a cashier in October and worked my way up. They are super crazy on sales quotas ect but the people really make the job worth it
Easy and straight to the point. Basic interview questions and asked me about myself and how I can contribute to the team. I only interviewed with two people and it was inside the mall at a random table.
