I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDO Group (Miami, FL) in May 2012
Interview
I was told I had an interview with the manager a few days after I'd walked in to ask. It's a tiny boutique, by the way.
The interview was casual and informal, held during her shift away from the floor.
At the end of the interview she also mentioned that because it's a small store she needs a cashier that will oversee the floor when she's away, so she needs who is kinda like a manager.
Interview process was easy and their timeline to get back to candidates was within a reasonable timeframe. The first phase was a phone call and to learn more about my experience. The second phase was more to learn more about my skills and experience.

Interview
Walked in and asked if they were hiring and handed in my resume. Asked to wait for manager to come back from break and received an interview outside the store.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ALDO Group (New York, NY) in Sept 2015
Interview
When I first walked into the aldo accessory store in queens center mall, the store manager happened to be there. We had a brief conversation and left her my resume and application. She called me back for an interview which was held outside the store. It was like a casual conversation all about me.
