Assessment test and Interview are taken. You must familiarize yourself with all the IPR laws, at least the basics. They are very polite and want prompt answers. 3 people interviewed me at once. Was a bit intimidating. But overall a good experience.

It was a good interview. The questions were from the work mentioned in the CV. I was also asked some questions from the papers published. The interviewer also explained in detail the work done by the firm and its culture.

Interview
Test and zoom call. First I wrote a test then had one interview and then HR call. Further negotiated salary with HR then received a second test, wrote that and finally got a raise in the offer but it was hybrid.
