I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALICE Technologies (New York, NY) in Jul 2025
Interview
Standard Interview process that was going decently well. I was told I would be heading to the final round as they wanted to wrap up within a week, needed to do a case study and schedule meeting the CEO. I was ghosted after being asked for my availability and completing the case study, which took up a good bit of my time. Super unprofessional especially coming from someone high up in Ops who you would think would understand how processes work and the proper way to wrap things up... A simple rejection email rather than being strung along and told on the call that I would be moving forward would have been the smarter and empathetic thing to do here.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALICE Technologies (San Mateo, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Several rounds of interviews, started with the overall operations manager, then hiring manager (who was inexperienced as a manager), then director, and VP. Finished with a simulated task/test that took about 8 hours of preparation offline, plus to preparation meetings.
