Group interview, 5 of us split into 2 groups one member off staff filled space in opposing team. We were told about the company and the position, training, advancement on offer. Each group was passed a stack of A4 paper and a reel of sticky labels. We were asked to compete to see who could build the tallest structure. Noticing my team mates were shy and the job as asked to show initiative, I got the ball rolling by suggesting we mass produce paper tubes while coming up with a strategy. After sharing my plan to produce hieght as fast as possible, we began to function as a team pretty well. We 'won' the challenge but were told it was just to see how we function as a team.
We had brief 1-on-1 interview afterwards, mostly casual and selling the job and company to me.
