The interview process for the Scholar Program Agent position was well prepared in a professional manner. I received an invitation link to attend a 30-minute online interview with the responsible team. The interview focused on my experience in student support, administration, understanding of safeguarding, communication, coordination, and reporting. During the interview, I was asked both technical and behavioral questions, especially about event management, communication with scholars, collaboration within teams, and data handling. After answering their questions, I also asked about what I was curious about regarding the position and the challenging questions they raised, and they provided me with clear and accurate answers. Overall, the interview process was well aligned, structured, and fair, in relation to the responsibilities of the role.
