Fairly good hiring and interview process. Submit application with a legit resume that is organized fairly well in person or when doing the application process online. In addition, call back after a couple days about the position. After that the interview process is very relaxed just getting to know you. There are nothing but just your common questions.

Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.

they push rewards cards, show you a walkthrough of the theatre and the staff break room. they ask you your shirt size and your favorite movie (that is the fun part)
