It's a two step process. You interview with two different GMs. Each will ask you a different set of questions then make a decision on whether or not to hire you.

I don't remember the exact wording but it was something along the lines of.... Tell me about a time when you had to resolve an ethical situation.

They started with asking questions about previous experience and then questions about the responsibilities of the job. After that they asked me what one of my strengths was and weaknesses. Also asked about my availability.

Fun and easy interview process. Be yourself, make them laugh, and nerd out. Just remember they want a team and friendly feel from you and you’ll be great/solid in there.
It was a very thoughtful and detailed interview. I really appreciated everything that was said. I loved hearing about the details of these job. Its interesting to see how everyone works to together to create an collaborative environment
