I got call in for a in person interview and they sat me down in the back room with a manager and employee that was in training for the interview two people interviewed me

The first question in the interview, they asked me what am I passion about . The second question was can you explain a time you had to deal with a upset customer. The third question was name one time you we’re very proud of your self. The fourth question was name a brand you like. It’s like only 5 questions it’s very quick
Online application before in-person. A lot of situational questions on dealing with guests. Very corporate on how you must answer no leeway on dealing very cookiecutter must answer by the book.

Had to take a test about what you would do in this situation. Pick statement that describes your personality. Asked a lot about situations with your team. Time consuming but easy.
