Only had the screening with HR. Everything went well and I was a clear fit for the role. I felt that I would get to talk with the hiring manager but that never happened. Got ghosted and never heard back. Not even to tell me that they're moving forward. I recently went back to the application in the website and that's where I saw the "not longer being considered for role". Went back to LinkedIn to see and the role is still open and says that 100 people have applied. Tell me how stupid that is. The hiring process on some of these companies are inefficient and they to improve. Start treating candidates better.
