Weeks later, I saw the position reposted without closure on my candidacy. As an HR professional myself, I believe transparency and timely updates are essential for candidate experience, and this fell short. Advice to Management: Please consider strengthening your candidate communication process. Even a brief update goes a long way in respecting applicants’ time and maintaining the organization’s reputation.
