The first interview was quite informal, asking about motivation to join the company, interest in the role, knowledge about the financial industry. While the second interview had asked deeper questions such as a successful experience, presentation of a financial news and the influence to the company.

The first thing they asked about is the motivation and interest in the role despite my background as a humanity subject graduate.
The questions were simple and straightforward. But actually, they just want you to sell insurance, and they gave an offer at that time. After the interview, I did not connect with them

The overall interview process is causal. they spent most of the time talking about the role and the job responsibility. There is no technical / skilled assessment. There are some behavior questions.
