Unresponsive Talent Acquisition Team – Disappointing Experience
Pros:
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. The technical questions were relevant to the role, and the interviewers seemed knowledgeable.
Cons:
The Talent Acquisition team’s communication is extremely poor. After attending the interview on September 9, I followed up with two polite emails regarding the status of my application. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever, leaving me completely in the dark about the outcome.
This level of unprofessionalism reflects very poorly on the company. Leaving candidates hanging without any update shows a lack of respect for their time and effort.
The lack of transparency and communication throughout the process leads to a frustrating and negative candidate experience. It also raises concerns about how the company values its people internally if this is how they treat potential employees.
Advice to Management:
Please improve the responsiveness and communication from your Talent Acquisition team. Candidates should be kept informed at every stage, even if it’s just a courtesy update about delays or decision timelines.
Treating applicants with respect and professionalism is crucial for maintaining a positive company reputation.
