      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AMMD, LLC (Austin, TX) in Aug 2020

      Interview

You can expect to fill out several surveys before speaking to anyone. It seems that this role has been filled several times in the past few months and that they may still be figuring out what they need. I didn't speak to anyone but I am hoping my experience helps those who apply understand the process. Step 1: Filled out application on LinkedIn. Step 2: Asked to fill out a long questionnaire regarding my experience. Took about 1-2 hours to fully complete. Step 3: Received a personality survey. Took about 10 minutes. Step 4: HR reached out to set up an interview. Scheduled interview. Step 5: HR cancelled the interview the day before stating they made adjustments to the job description and that they no longer were moving forward with my application as I fit outside the realm of the role.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AMMD, LLC (Las Vegas, NV)

      Interview

I submitted my resume and then received an email asking me to fill out a questionnaire. The questionnaire was basically the equivalent of a first interview. It was long with my open-ended detailed questions. It took over 2 hours to fill out. I was then asked to take a personality test, which is standard at some companies, usually farther along in the process though. That took another 20 minutes. The next day I received an email letting me know they were moving forward with other candidates. Asking candidates to invest such a significant amount time right off the bat is poor leadership and quite frankly, a time suck on both ends. I would not recommend applying with this company. It’s a waste of time.
