Interview
I applied and recieved, did an online personality assesment. Recieved an interview about 5-7 days later. The interviewer was one person and she was very personable. The office had the dispatch center and admin areas. We talked about the new contract they aquired, my past employment and the standard questions. About the job ecpectations in great detail as well. You will also wear a uniform.
I recieved a call 3 business days later with the offer and they are following up with official letter via email and forms to fill out. Training starts in approx 3 weeks!
First there is an online skills test, which must be passed in order to interview. You then will be called to interview, usually with a panel of 2 employees. There is sometimes a 2nd interview. Then a drug test, back ground check and brief physical.
