Interview
The interview process included an assessment, then panel interview followed by a session with two team members. It was organized but felt a bit impersonal. They mentioned they’re trying out a new interviewing system, but as someone currently interviewing with many organizations, it came off as robotic and lacked warmth or connection. You can tell the team could benefit from bringing in younger professionals - HR especially felt outdated in their approach and energy.
